Features
Every shipment knows its AWB, its rate, where it is, which rider has it, how it was delivered and what was collected, and every scan keeps a history of who made it.
A booking wizard prices the parcel as you type: weight, dimensions, volumetric weight, declared value and COD. Labels print with a barcode and QR code.
Zone-to-zone weight slabs by service, volumetric divisor, minimum charge, fuel surcharge, COD fee and insurance. A customer can have a card of their own.
Pickups assigned to a rider; run sheets by branch, rider and date, every stop closed delivered, failed or returned with a reason.
Receiver name, signature, doorstep photo, a photo of the ID and the GPS point, with an optional one-time code from the receiver.
A COD ledger stage by stage, cash matched when the run sheet closes, and payouts with your charges taken off.

Delivery
Every step of a parcel's day is a step in the app, and the cash comes back with it.
The rate card prices it as you type, the AWB label prints, and a paid booking becomes a tax invoice in the books.
The pickup goes to a rider; at the hub the bag is scanned onto a manifest, out of one branch and into the next.
The run sheet goes out on the rider's phone; each stop closes with a signature, photo, GPS point and, if you want it, the receiver's code.
Closing the run sheet matches the cash; the remittance pays each shipper what was collected, less your charges.

Bags move between hubs on manifests, partners sign for what they take, and every dirham or rupee collected is followed to the shipper.
